How can I subscribe to the Dataria Revenue Management tools?

You can choose and subscribe to the Revenue Technology tools you need, with no restrictions.

This is one of the most frequently asked questions in our Revenue Management for hotels FAQs. On one hand, we offer Rate Shopper packages that include Parity Rate modules and online reputation.


However, you can also request a custom quote for each module. For modules related to internal data, such as Business Intelligence, automatic pricing, and early alerts, pricing is based on the number of rooms. You can request service registration from your account manager—the person who gave you the demo. Simply email them to confirm your registration and specify the services you've selected.

We accept bank transfer, PayPal, and direct debit.

Once you confirm the service after the free trial, you will need to request activation directly from your account manager. The first invoice will be issued that same month, with the proportional amount for the remaining days of the month based on the accepted quote. Subsequent invoices will be issued within the first 5 days of the current month, during the service activation process.

You can change the service at any time.

You will finish the month with the plan you currently have and enjoy the selected plan with new services in the following month.

How can I access the free trial?

You can choose between a free trial or a demo.

Both give you full access to the tool, with no strings attached. During the trial, you'll be able to use the tool for a few days to explore the different modules and see Dataria’s features in action for yourself. In the demo, we’ll guide you through the whole tool, step by step. And if you’re not happy with the free trial, you can cancel it anytime.

Access to the free trial is personalized for each individual. At no point during this process will we ask for payment information.

Regarding the commitment period

Is there any commitment required?

There’s no commitment required.

You’re free to cancel the service anytime. The only exception is if you choose one of our annual plans, which offer a discount for paying upfront, and come with a one-year commitment.
